Desired Candidate Profile

Job Type: Permanent

Work Timings: US timing 1 pm to 9 pm (Shuttle Bus service is available)

Location: Siruseri

JD:

Mandatory,

* Hands-on work Experience with python or .net technologies.

* Comfortable working with senior management, technical leaders, quality assurance engineers and software developers.

* Full lifecycle development experience on large projects, creating distributed and scalable systems.

* Strong knowledge of industry standards.

* Requirement gathering, Story board creation, assigning story point, anchoring scrum calls etc.

* Excellent with Agile Methodology (CSM certification/Scrum Master exp is preferable) & Familiarity with a variety of SDLC methodologies (i.e. RUP, XP, Scrum, Lean, etc.)

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Excellent technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, for effective interaction with third party (vendors)/stakeholders and all levels of management (End to end account manager)

* Should be open to contribute in pre-sale activities & take delivery ownership.

* Project estimation.

Good to Have

* Proficient in Project Planning, Forecasting, Status Reporting, Change Management, Defect Management, Risk Management ,Budget Management and maintain customer relations.

* Proven record of process analysis and continuous improvement.
