Job Description

This role is a part of management

IT Application Operations management such as CBS, Payments, cards, Treasury

Process wise will adopt Incidence Management, problem management SLA management etc.

should have supported CBS

Provide infrastructure services vision, enable innovation

Manage bank-wide information security governance processes

Liaise with company's software suppliers for prompt rectification of any problems

Coordinate Infra& Security related projects/resources with the IT project management office

Ensure support IT Security Operations across branches for Infra components in line with regulatory requirements and IT best practices such as ISO27001.

Combination of banking app knowledge plus ITIL processes
