BASIC FUNCTION - Job Brief:

Reporting to India Sales Leader, the job holder will be responsible for sale of company products specific to partial discharge in GIS and Transformers in India through direct customer contact, account and representation management.
Main duties include, but are not limited to: meet and exceed order target assigned, new customer account development, new product penetration, create customer needs with the companys applications/ products, sales support for customers, represent and product management as appropriate.

Essential Duties:
Develop business with Transmission Generation & Distribution Utilities in the North Region.
Keep track of all the projects and ensure product spec-in and approvals from Utilities.
Handle leads from OEM related to SERVERON and DMS Product range in the region.
Submit Quotes and follow-up for the Order and Sales.
Update SDFC on weekly basis.
Focus on Net Profit Opportunities in the Region.
Grow the SERVERON and DMS Business in India YOY by 20 percent
Introduce new products with application benefits and differentiation to existing and new customer.
Travel to customer sites to personally meet with customers O&M, engineering, production personnel and purchasing.
Negotiate prices with customer representatives.
Provide market intelligence on range of electrical monitoring systems with respect to marketing/sales strategies, pricing program and all policies.
Advise the Companys R&D and Engineering on new product development with customer needs and market trends.
Advice customer service team with regard to policy; price competition, product differentiation, customers standard.
Provide VOC input about customer trends, new product needs, competition analysis and customer satisfaction to BU.
Negotiate yearly contract with key OEM customers.
