Objective:

To seek proposal from our key partners on building team for below key areas in Titan

Requirements: The proposal spans across 3 key areas which will set a launch pad for a large scale technology re-platforming (Titan) program in ensuring the preliminary set of critical activities are completed before starting the end to end program.

1. Quality Team:

Key responsibilities of the team is:

- Setup end to endquality frameworkfor the program

- Building Test strategy towards Automation First Approach

- Test Automation Tools identification and setup

- Build/define Quality gates in the agile/Waterfall delivery model

- Preparing templates / process for defect tracking, triaging etc

Expected Profile:

- 12-15 years of experience who has past experience of similar requirements

- Should have extensive knowledge of testing and processes including Agile and Waterfall

- Experience of similar programs in Corporate transaction banking is a must

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Engagement:

- Engagement will be in Bangalore but needs travel to Dubai on need basis for short term
