Desired Candidate Profile
Position : Deputy Manager - IT SecurityOrganization : Organization is a renowned fast food international chain. You will be part of its IT department.
Location : Noida
Job Purpose :
- Responsible for effective design and implementation of Internal Audit, ISO Audit, PCI Audit and other IT related audit programs for organization.
- Ensure timely conduct of new and re-certification audits such as ISO 27001, PCI and other audits successfully and closure of highlighted non-conformities
- Undertake and complete IT projects effectively in co-ordination with various teams.
Key Accountabilities :
- Ensure ISO 27001:2013 Internal Audits in organisation.
- Ensure PCI compliance and audit of e-commerce site.
- Ensure ISO 27001:2013 recertification Audis/ New location certifications in Regional Offices/Commissaries/Training offices / New locations added under the company's certification scope and reflected in the certificate.
- Co-ordinate internal audits within IT and other departments (ITGC, Application audits, etc. ).
- Lead IT/ information security projects like SIEM (security information event management) & New IT project implementation.
- To be able to work effectively to tight deadlines while providing high quality feedback to all relevant parties.
- To comply with departmental policies and standards (Change control, Problem management and security standards).
Communications & Working Relationships :
- Self-motivated and able to manage self-imposed deadlines / responsibilities.
- Effective collaboration with first-line IT, support staff, end users and regional teams.
- Effective communication with Vendors.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills :
- Project management.
- Technical Qualification: Lead Auditor (ISO 27001)/ISO 27001 implementor & PMP.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Internal Auditor/ISO 27001 implementer.
- Excellent communication, organization, project prioritization, and time management skills.
- Good Communication and Problem Solving Skills.
- Team Player.
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
