WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Interface management
Provide end-to-end project management. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Implementing an Interface Register to record, monitor, and track interfaces and status updates. Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Develop a detailed digital & IT project plan and monitor progress
Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
Web Project Management
Establish Web project scope by studying strategic business drivers; discovering and validating business and technical requirements and parameters
Develop Web solutions by formulating objectives; planning project life-cycle deliverables and resource availability and application; preparing installation and modification specifications; leading the exploration, evaluation, and design of technical solutions.
Assure quality by developing and completing test plans; maintaining project and technical documentation.
Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees; following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying work process improvements.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Graduate/Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Post Graduate/Engineer/MCA/Msc(IT)
At least 9-12 years related work experience in software development and support.
Experience in Digital Marketing / insurance industry a plus.
At least 3 -5 years' recent experience, in managing large complex projects & carries out strategic planning activities as Project / Program Manager
Certification in Project Management will be an added advantage
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, M.Tech - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
