Job Description

The incumbent should be a BE / B.Tech Mechanical graduatewith minimum of 4to 5 years experienceinpurchaseatChemical / Agro Chemical / Pharma industry.

Age Limit: Below 28.

Job Description:

Coordinate with project team and engineering team for Projects, MRO, Energy and services requirements.
Make RFQ and Float enquiry for engineering items as per requirements.
Negotiate the price and other commercial terms.
Execute PO and keep records as per policy.
Deliver saving targets set by the company.
Execute site common service agreements.
Ensure timely procurement of Engineering materials and services for projects and MRO items.
Coordinate with internal customers like project team, engineering team, R& D, Quality Control, stores, and finance for smooth Source To Pay process.
Ensure compliance of purchasing procedures and guidelines in area of responsibility.
Ensure tracking & monitoring of monthly purchasing matrix.

Knowledge Required:

Knowledge on handling ERP, and responsible for all purchase activities of the unit.
