Job Description:- ASG is seeking a Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer with strong UX, information architecture and interaction design background.
- Your curiosity, love of learning, and enthusiasm for applying your knowledge to technical solutions will be cornerstone to your UX architecture practice. Additionally, you will be energized by UX challenges and excited by technical complexity.
- In this role, you will use your passion for developing scalable digital products with thoughtfully architected foundations to create world-class user experiences.
- Lead, coordinate and manage the work of a distributed UX & UI team working on multiple projects with stakeholders across US, Europe & APAC.
- Create inspiring, immersive and innovative ideas for our products across the entire lifecycle/multiple launches within timeline and scope.
- Conduct market research, user-centered research, and translate insights and findings into wireframes, concept diagrams and prototypes
- Ground ideas and concepts into technical configurations and foundations, bridging the gap between UX strategies and technical realities.
- Define and create UX design according to usability best practices, device standards, and most importantly, user tested data and company standards.
- Define, maintain and evaluate adoption of our company UX & UI standards.
- Work in an agile methodology, participate to release planning and incorporate iterative designs into sprints.
- Leverage data and research to into product evaluations, usability audits, product improvement analysis, and research processes.
- Present and effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process.
- Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Product Management, Development, QA, executive stakeholders and external agencies.
- Author, iterate, and maintain documentation including storyboards, flows, architecture, prototypes etc.
- Leadership and motivational skills.
- Experience working and negotiating with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, specifically Product Management, Development and QA.
- Experience presenting ideas and work to broad audiences.
