Office Administration Vendor Management (Negotiating and finalizing prices), Stationery Management,
Housekeeping and Pantry Management, Office Physical Facility Management
Domestic and International courier company and logistics( Despatches, All
communication and email correspondence),
Hotel Booking
Travel Management (Booking Air and train tickets and as per requirements
Office expenses(Petty Cash and Card Management, Bank works (cash and cheque
deposit and preparing other relevant document for opening new accounts and other
requirements),
Maintaining records of Employees expenses, documents, files
Worked for Engineering company (Dairy and Spinning Mills equipment
manufacturing and trading) in purchase and sales department, Logistics, import and
export outlook ms office. clint deal outdoor meeting.
Highly efficient in the use of Microsoft
Making programme for tours / Plant visits of MD and other Executives, booking
Flight tickets, train tickets online or with an agent
Typing all documents (Bills, letters, Agreements), Operating Telephone,
Communicating with customers .
Assisting General Manager - Marketing

Finance & Accounting
Preparing required documents, including making cover letters, invoice to despatch
samples, CDs and documents.
Handling Petty Cash,
Handling HR work such as taking telephonic interviews, fixing appointments for in
person interviews.
Making Quotations, Email, phone communication & all types of letter
correspondence (preparing cover letters, declarations) for customers and suppliers,
vendors as required.
Scanning, Photostat,
Arranging Dispatches with relevant documents such as invoice, insurance and
arranging relevant forms, organizing files.
Making Proforma Invoices, Invoice bills in Tally,
Bank related work such as making cheques, deposits, withdrawing cash, opening
new account related information.
Assisting Sales Tax work, Preparing C forms and arranging relevant documents for
submission.
Nature of business - Visa Provider in UAE City
Salary- 35,000 to 45,000
Location- Moti bagh .
TIming- 11am to 8pm
