The Job
As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will be responsible for :
Creating, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines.
Managing various aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding, insurance and HR audits.
Providing support for recruitment as required, including but not limited to conducting hiring needs analysis, conducting reference checks and employment contracts.
Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application.
The full spectrum of compensation and benefits function.
Developing compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent.
Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring.
Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll.
Working with internal stakeholders to develop programs that build talent pipelines of graduates.
Managing hiring for mid-career roles.
Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
Managing a team of 1-5 people.
The Profile
You have at least 2 years experience within a HR Generalist role preferably within a startup environment.
You ideally possess solid experience in Lateral Recruitment and Graduate Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
