- 14+ years of experience in design and development of Java applications

- Anchor product feature development from ideation phase to development phase

- Build excellent quality product. Identify top technical debts & plan to reduce them

- Demonstrate thought leadership in relevant areas like IdM/Security/Cloud/Endpoint Management via multiple channels like blogs or articles (Persistent/Accelerite), Technology Presentations, Contribution to CTO Office/Future Ideas groups. Help in elevating team's knowledge of these areas

Responsibilities :

- Owns the product design in and out

- Research and plan new technology areas as per product roadmap need

- Mentoring development team

- Define dev guidelines and standards

- Interact with product owner, customer or sales team to help defining product feature

- Recommend and execute innovative ideas for product development

- Ensure best code quality consistently

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
