Job Description

- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product and service.

- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

- One will be responsible for closing deals over phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

- One will be responsible for dealing with complaints and doubts.

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Required Candidate profile

1. Should have Effective Communication Skills.

2. Should have strong Convincing Power.

3. Should know Gujarati and Hindi language.

4. Should be able to work with a Team.
