Job Title : Principal Analyst and Team Leader
Job Location: Pune
Total Experience : 7 to 12 Years
Relevant Experience :5+
Job Summary: Selected candidate will be managing financial analytics using enterprise customer telecom expense management (TEM) solutions. The Wireless team is responsible for analysing US telecommunication costs using TEM software applications and working closely with Sakon customers based in the United States.
Important metrics include process design, customer engagement and relationship management, customer satisfaction and SLAs compliance, inventory management. He / She will be accountable for the performance, quality, resource planning, Automation and meeting/exceeding contractual service level agreements (SLAs).
Desired Skill & Experience: - Analysing data or costs and reporting.
- Cost Control or Cost Audit
- Quality Check involving processes or transactions
- Documentation on processes or process transition
- Presentation experience to C-level management
- Telecom domain experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities: - Be the Lead Analyst for various US based and international clients to manage their mobility spend and processes using Sakon proprietary tools.
- Support the offshore account team in implementation, deployment and support of Enterprise Application for Fortune 500 clients
- Prepare Project Plan and estimated turnaround
- Perform audit or analysis relating to cost control and all related activities
- Assign tasks and monitor the performance of the team members
- Mentor and train new resources
- Perform Quality Checks to ensure accuracy of work completed & reported
- Documentation of new processes or custom requests from Clients
- Engage business teams to gather and define functional requirements
- Coordinating between the business stakeholders and the deployment teams and responsible for meeting client commitments
- Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future system requirements to meet organizational needs.
- Experience handling custom Reports, Interfaces and Data Conversions
- Experience working with Development team for new custom development and enhancements.
- Excellent organization, planning and project management skills
- Experience in handling US clientele, onsite client experience preferred.
- Flair for obtaining information.
- Strong PC skills especially Microsoft office.
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines.
- Experience with managing SaaS application and software licenses (added advantage)
