Desired Candidate Profile

Demonstrated success in evaluating and implementing third party software products including open source and cloud-based products from vendors such as AWS, Microsoft or Google.
Demonstrated success in Big Data architecture and delivery. Preference is to have AWS certification in Big Data.
Experience of agile development cycle using Scrum, including backlog development, iteration planning, and iteration tracking.
Knowledge of the Financial Services or Workflow Management industry.
TOGAF training or certification is beneficial.
Must be able to work under minimum supervision and be a team player.
Experience or certification in Cloud-based (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) Architecture. Security and Data certification a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-team collaboration and partnerships across a variety of internal and external technology teams
Has a development background and is interested in architecture. Excellent coaching and mentoring skills a plus

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
