The Trust & Safety Incubation Manager has a mindset for finding solutions that enable scale. The team serves as gatekeepers to ensure minimum viable products are delivered prior to scaling across our global operations. We re currently seeking a go getter who can help us navigate an ambiguous path ahead and help build lasting frameworks and processes to build for scale. You are analytical, proactive, motivated, organized, responsible, innovative and able to work well in a fast - paced, global, cross - functional, and team - oriented environment while demonstrating technical know - how, effective communication and getting things done. You will be heavily involved in leading and coordinating UAT for large platform migrations and new releases.

• Plan, manage and execute incubation projects (tool testing and incubation, policy incubation and classifier training efforts) end to end.
• Define success criteria, lead and coordinate efforts with cross - functional teams, manage schedules and risks and own the KPI reporting. Manage stakeholder expectations through effective comms and manage change.
• Use your analytical strengths to recommend and make data driven decisions to identify and fix enforcement gaps, grey areas and subjectivity.
• Make business recommendations (e.g. cost - benefit, forecasting, experiment analysis) with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information.
• Work closely with engineers, and interact cross - functionally with teams to improve operational efficiency via process improvements, automation and anti - abuse system creation.
