Company is a Bangalore based real estate search portal that connects flat owners and tenants directly with each other.

We are looking for Sales Champion for Inside Sales Role who have a minimum of 6 month prior work experience in B2C or B2B Sales (Preferably Inside sales,TeleSales) and have good command over English & Hindi.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Identifies business opportunities

Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects by recommending solutions over calls.

Outbound & Inbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.

Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.

Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Must be energetic, well-spoken, eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should have a Minimum of 6 month prior work experience in Inside sales/Telesales/B2C Sales/Voice Process.

Must be comfortable in doing sales over phone calls.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.

Decision making skills.

Must be proficient in English & Hindi will be an advantage for the candidate.

Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).

Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 8 PM night).
