Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
Interacting with sourcing specialists and take care of scheduling and end-to-end
interview coordination.
Mailing job and interview details to shortlisted candidates and maintain highest
standards of Candidate Experience by effectively engaging with them during their
interview process.
Complete ownership of end-to- end scheduling and coordination of interviews.
Help arranging travel for candidates to interviews whenever necessary.
Document validation including Resume copy and all Govt. ID proofs for candidates
walking in for interviews.
Compiling reports on recruitment to reporting team.
Participating in recruitment events, such as career fairs, weekend Recruitment drives,
preparing information packets, and gathering information from suitable candidates.
Work and follow up with Hiring Managers on interview feedbacks and ensure the
feedback is shared with respective Talent Acquisition Tower Lead & Sourcing POC.
Adherence to processes and compliance.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in and knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR resources and tools preferably Taleo
Good database management ability.
Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
