The Commis I Chef is responsible to prepare a consistent, high-quality food product, ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service and Hotels operational standards.Control food stock and food cost in his section/kitchen.
Required Candidate profile
Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.Work according to the menu specifications.Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.Able to take responsibility.
