Greetings from Flatirons!!

Role : Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer

Years of Exp : 4 to 10 Years

Design and develop Flatirons software components for our commercial clients, with a strong emphasis on elegant code, performance, error handling, commenting and validation.
Take great pride in understanding the solutions you are working on, and you prepare the user stories and necessary test scenarios with a strong eye on quality.
Collaborate with the Tech Lead and the Project Manager to determine task assignments and assist the development team as necessary.
Follow our best practices and communicate issues quickly so that the project goals can be met.
Mentor developers on coding standards and estimating and lead the way to keeping a high standard around methodology and standards, delivery times and documentation.

We'd like to talk to you if you:

Have strong analytical skills and can easily comprehend complex IT solutions
You have 4 or more years of experience in one or more of the following:
Object oriented design
Relational database design
Experience in the full development cycle, from requirements analysis through operations and maintenance

Have strong hands-on experience with:

Java, Spring/Spring Boot
XML technologies (XPath, XQuery, XSL)
XML databases
Experience with as many of the following is a plus:
HTML5/CSS3
JavaScript/TypeScript, AngularJS, Angular 2+
Linux, Windows

Agile development methodology
You have some consulting experience and understand the concept of "time is money"
Your written and oral communication skills in English are excellent
