Job Descriptions:JOB DESCRIPTION:
Design and develop overall architecture for enterprise solutions
Design and develop integration (Microservices) architecture node.js, springboot, Packaging, deploying and running micro services with Dockers
Implement enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies, utilizing nodejs, Kafka and API Gateway
Design the architecture for digital platform. This includes to define of the information flows across applications, integration required to support the flows, mapping of the data across applications, and the operational model to address the non-functional requirements of the business.
Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.
Research industry standards, trends, breakthroughs and best practices and drive the digital roadmap to advance digital effectiveness.
Assess and propose the integration of new technologies into the platform to improve user interface, product performance and attractiveness.
Typical responsibilities would include;
Map as is and designing target operating model.
Design to be processes / structures / work flow management/ business solution
Develop and manage business requirement specification.
Assist in the development of relevant new assets, tools and point of views, Lead specific project work streams.
Work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing and Product teams to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs Communicate and negotiate priorities with IT Team using in-depth knowledge and experience of technical delivery process Identify and develop a 3rd party partner eco-system for the digital banking platform
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent experience
MBA preferred
Minimum Experience:
Experience of 10+ yrs in financial services industry
Experience in developing micro services using node.js, springboot, Packaging, deploying and running micro services with Dockers. Swagger API documentation etc.
Integration techniques, such as, API gateways, for service registry, throttling, management, orchestration etc.
Identity and authentication, using tool such as Oauth2, or JSON Web Tokens
Working experience with any of the top ERP solutions e.g. SalesForce, SAP, MS Dynamics, etc.
Good understanding of both Retail and Corporate Banking
Experience in process design, managing business requirements, solutioning, functional solution, testing, solution delivery lifecycle, change management
Understanding and awareness of different business operating model
Exposure to defining functional architecture
Ideally the candidate should have knowledge of design thinking process and have worked in a start-up/ fintech environment
