Job Description
Job Profile:Interact with Manager to understand the process requirements and same as implement to lines with related documents.
Receive the new product input from customer HO and review the whole product based on DFM analysis check list with reference of GA, BoM and Gerber
Pre-Build inspection report send to Manager/Plant Incharge end which are not meet the our SMT line Process (Like a PCB layout, PCB shape, fiducial, Component clearance ,PCB land Pad, Polarity issue ,reference indicator ,etc...)
Follow up the Concern Department members to confirm the product status like machine programming, product kitting, stencil, IQA status, etc... Before start the product verification test build.
Design the stencil with reference of Stencil design guide lines improve the quality of the product.
Create process flow charts for identifying system strengths and weaknesses and corrective actions.
Responsible for On line problem solving in the Process related issues in the SMT, MI, Wave and Selective soldering
Release the ECN for any changes related to product BoM, Design, revision changes, Material, etc...
To analyze SMT defect and find out the real root cause of the problem and take Corrective and preventive action effectively to avoid recurrence
Reduce the Scrap/Rejection
Analysis of Assembly rejections and Supporting to rework team for resolve the issues.
Setting the process parameters for Wave soldering, Selective Wave Soldering, Solder Paste Printing & dispense and Reflow Oven machine.
Involve first piece inspection with QA Team
Job requirements
Candidate must be from SMT background
More than two year work experience in Process
Understand the production process of electronic manufacturing, production-related standards requirement
Familiar with basic computer operation
Language: English
Qualification: BE/Diploma
