Knowledge & Skills

1-year hands-on experience on either Maximo (or CAFM) or Zycus (or related e-procurement solution)
Fluent in English verbal and Nonverbal
Customer-focused,
Good skills in responding over telephone, email and the support system
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Ability to adapt to changing procedures and environment
Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Key responsibilities

Respond quickly to all queries and incidents and be the First line application support.
Manage incidents, including via telephone
Communication, alerting technical staff via assignments and escalating to a resolver group
Answering queries and resolution of known incidents
Groom and grow the knowledge base, the user training materials and help increase adoption of these systems
Escalation of unresolved cases to next level application specialist teams.
Monitoring & Tracking, reviewing the progress of an incident and keeping the customer informed.
Closure, formally closing incidents.
1st line application support and diagnosis, troubleshooting and evaluation of the cases
Should possess experience in Outage management and working knowledge on coordination with the relevant resolver groups.
Should be proficient in the use of SQL, generation, customization, and governance of reports
