Good 2+ years of experience in to Recruitment Managing ongoing pipeline of live roles
Liaise with vendors to build pipeline
Identifying candidates through use of Various Portals
Screen candidates through primary interviews and online testing
Engaging candidates building rapport and assessing suitability for live and pipelining vacancies
Short listing and presenting those candidates who are the best possible fit for the role
Track and provide relevant stakeholders data for monthly actual and provisional recruitment
Work in conjunction with the onshore recruitment team to ensure fulfillment of all roles
Manage a candidate care strategy during the recruitment process to include but not be limited to frequency of contact information provided and consistent quality feedback
Ensure all roles are sourced in an effective and efficient manner appropriate to the role
Screen and short-list CVs for all vacancies improving the CVs to Interview to Hire ratios
Organise interviews ensuring that all candidates are fully briefed about the role and location prior to meeting with the hiring manager
Candidate Expectations:
Should have Minimum 2+ years in to recruitment
Excellent communication skills
Should be willing to work in Night Shifts.
