County taxation on employee salaries - Liability reconciliation, deposits, return filing, Form 16 & Form 24 compliances
Payroll accounting - Reconciliation , Provisions, review of payroll expenses& liabilities
Payroll & Statutory complainces
Audits & SOX complainces - Tax audit, statutory audits, process audit, SOX / global audits
MIS & Profitable analysis
Financial back ground & accounting knowledge in US GAAP, Africa & Mid East accounting standards
understanding of taxation & payroll compliance of Africa & Mid East
Understanding of the below:
1.Basics & fundamentals of GM
2.Tax we have a vendor for tax but should understand the basics
3.shadow payrolling
4.Hypo Tax
5.Certificate of coverage
6.What is the right visa as per immigration
7.Social security
8.Anti Dumping
9.Relocation
