6. Maintaining and improving existing asset portfolio quality Sourcing new business.
7. Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit.
8. Offer best in class sales experience while on boarding customers.
9. Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis.
Behavioral Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and Recruiting potential insurance consultants or ADPs.
2. Driving business targets through insurance advisors.
3. Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity.
4. Groom advisors for the next level of partnership .
5. Preparing strategy and achieving targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
