Job Description

We are looking for a IT Recruiter (Lateral Hiring) to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams.
Recruitment experience in IT and particular domains like BFSI and in a fast paced and changing corporate environment
Ability to handle expectations and internal political sensitivity (stakeholder management)
Experience in full cycle (bulk) recruitment
Strong interview skills & familiarity with various interview techniques
Experience in social media recruiting
Understanding HR and staffing practices such as pay, benefits and applicable labour legislation
Availability to work outside normal office hours as work may demand
