Hiring Maintenance Engineer @ Nanu India Recruitment

Job Description

1) To ensure condition of machinery to deliver optimum production in accordance with Safety&Quality Standards
2) Cnc & Conventional Machines Trouble shooting handling min10-12years with Electrical & Mechanical
3) Supervise & Implement the daily, weekly & monthly Preventive Maintenance Plan
4) Conduct Safety Compliance inspections&Maintain records of Production Equipment
5) Perform & instruct personnel in equipment start-up procedures&Machine operations
6) Analyse equipment failures, determine cause &make necessary adjustments or repairs
7) Seek new technologies & automation opportunities to lower over all manufacturing cost
8) Ensure Company facilities (over all resources) are maintained as per standards
9) Ensure Quality & quantity of power supply by optimizing TNEB
10) Train employees on Maintenance functions
11) Develop vendors to supply quality spares(Critical spares) &Tools
12) Trouble shooting(Mechanical/Electrical) any production problems
