10-12 years of experience in Database, ETL and Data warehouse development

Proven skills of integrating end-to-end data systems from Data Ingestion to Analytics

Design advanced conceptual, logical and physical data organizations, models, repository, dashboards, reports within a complete functional and technical architecture.

Hands on knowledge with hadoop data warehousing using HIVE

Hands on knowledge with Informatica ETL

Hands on knowledge with Azure SQLDW && Azure datafactory && Power BI

Strong understanding of Power BI Architecture && Data Modeling

Must have experience in creating Power BI reports from multiple sources, including:

-- Relational databases: MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL.

-- NoSQL such as MongoDB, CosmosDB.

-- Big data such as Hadoop (HIVE-HDFS-HBase).

Expert in creating Power BI reports using different visualizations such as: Slicers, Lines, Pies, Histograms, Maps, Scatter, Bullets, Heat Maps, Treemaps, etc.

Experience with various Power BI Connectors, including third party connectors.

Ability to write, tune and debug complex SQL queries and PLSQL procedures

Experience of designing high performance full/incremental data load jobs

Designing Data Ingestion pipe line jobs for loading data into Data Lakes using Hadoop ecosystem of tools like sqoop, hive

Solid experience in UNIX/Windows environment and ability to automate tasks using shell scripting or power shell

Working with pre-sales team to materialize potential business opportunities

Demonstrated experience with the SDLC/Agile (SW Development Lifecycle).

Excellent communication skills with strong background working directly with clients to identify business objectives and establish requirements

B.E / B. Tech / MCA / Masters in computer science or any other equivalent experience is preferred.
