• Coordinating with Medical Dept, Account Dept

• Scrutiny & Auditing ofclaimsafter receiving from Medical Dept

• Ensure the retention and development of the existing portfolio.

• Identify new business opportunities for claims consultancy.

• Provide sufficient resources to enable the claims team to meet the standard of service required.
