Job Description

Corporate H.R in recruitment, job posting, mass mail on various job portals.
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
Reviews applications, participates in screening, shortlisting through the telephonic interview process.
Co-ordinate with short listed candidates and notify selected interviewees.
Joining formalities, Responsible to ensure smooth on boarding process of an employee.
Maintain employee records and Mis.
Issuing Appointment Letters, offer letters, exit interviews, warning letters Etc .
person who is comfortable working with a team, approachable, and solution oriented.
