Oracle Apps Test Lead - ERP - Pune @ Applications Software

What You ll Do:

• Requirement gathering and analysis for testing. Creation of test cases
• Data migration testing and validation of data, test integrations like bank, expenses, other third party applications.
• Report test scenarios/ results to customer.
• Test data migration both from front end and from database by writing SQL scripts / OTBI reports
• Report test cases using defect management tools
• Create and execute manual test cases in oracle cloud
• Assist automation testing team in automating test cases
• Maintain schedules and coordinates activities for project efforts while maintaining high quality execution; identifying task dependencies, test schedules, utilization of test environments
• Plan manage and execute test scripts manually as part of SIT, UAT and regression test cycles
• Works closely with users during user acceptance testing phase and provide functional support as needed
• Collect and report test results through various metrics reporting tools and communicating to key stakeholders on a regular basis.

What We re Looking For:

• 8 years of experience in Oracle Manual testing.
• Strong functional knowledge on Oracle cloud financials
• Technical skills to create data loaders create data extraction & validation scripts
• Technical skills to query backend tables for technical testing
• Ability to write test cases and related documentation
• Ability to execute manual test cases
• Awareness of ETL process and ability to test interfaces
• Knowledge of SQL / PL SQL
• Strong knowledge of the testing process
• Ability to understand business process flow, business requirements, convert business requirements into a test plan, define the testing scope, build test scenarios and test scripts.
• Good communication skills
