Job Description

Responsible for company s operations project management , team management, budget and timelines
Team Management Planning and Monitoring. Ensure resource availability and allocation
Drive the budget and key timelines of the project. Ensure that all project milestones delivered ontime, within scope and within budget
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation of projects.
Design and Implement the performance management system and MIS
Implement the performance management system and culture as per the objective of the organization
Implementing the monitoring mechanism and MIS to ensure that each parameter of KPI is constantly measured, reported, analyzed and improved
