Job Description
Project Manager Placement Leadership Salary : 25, 000 Experience (s) : 5YearPost Graduation in Management (technical background education or work experience will be given extra credit)
Relevant Experience: 5 to 15 years of experience in Operations and managing projects
Language English (written and spoken) and Hindi / Bengali / Odiya and other Eastern Languages (Spoken)
Excellent project management , communications, data and MIS skills.
Should be open to travel neighboring districts and states; Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for companys operations- project management , team management, budget and timelines
Team Management- Planning and Monitoring. Ensure resource availability and allocation
Drive the budget and key timelines of the project. Ensure that all project milestones delivered on- time, within scope and within budget
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation of projects.
Design and Implement the performance management system and MIS
Implement the performance management system and culture as per the objective of the organization
Implementing the monitoring mechanism and MIS to ensure that each parameter of KPI is constantly measured, reported, analyzed and improved (Depending on previous experience, qualification and skill) Above salaries maybe revisited for exceptional candidates.
