Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for deliveries of the enhancement as per the requirement of system/client
2. Involved in developing and debugging troubleshooting and testing of SQRs and PeopleSoft Applications.
3. Involvement in a full life cycle of enhancements like - Requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, development, and SIT, coordinating with users on UAT and production rollout after signoff.
4.Good Experience on Documentations like preparing TDD, Test Cases Based on Functional Design Document.
5. Prepare necessary documents like functional and technical design documents.
6. Provide technical support in design, development, testing, and deployment of Peoplesoft applications.
7. Review and recommend improvements to current PS processes.
8. Coordinate with Project Manager to develop a project plan and determine resource requirements.
9. Develop interfaces, understand table structures, run month-end PS batches and generate reports.
10. Provide production support for Peoplesoft applications.
11. Analyze and resolve problem tickets in a timely manner.
12. Provide support in UAT and bug fixing activities.
