*Virtual /Remote BDM Position*

**This position is 100% Commission basedposition on successful placements (no base Salary)**

Circle IT Solution is looking for an ambitious, target-driven and energetic Business Development Manager (Accounts Manager - USA Requirements) for our IT Staffing Services to help us expand our North American business footprint.

This position is 100% Commission based (no base salary).

POSITIONS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY!

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with new logos to build new business for the company.

NOTE: Only People having Direct Client contacts & who are confident of getting Immediate business should only apply (like HCL, Wipro, IBM, TCS, CTS, L&T, Infosys etc. and other direct USA client requirements)

Develop existing & new client accounts (Direct/Tier 1 Partners), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in USA and get contract Staffing Requirements and close positions
Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill
Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing.
Client relationship management.
Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support.
Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project.
Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business.
Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders, OPT, CPT and H1B consultants and proficient knowledge in US employment tax terms such as 1099,W2, and Corp to Corp (C2C) placing candidate on contract, contract to hire and full-time Positions.
Experience in using job boards like Dice, Monster, Techfetch , Linkedin , scguild, Google groups etc.
Possess a deep knowledge of the consulting or professional services, vendor RFP, proposal, sales pitch and SOW processes.

What we are Looking For:

Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.
Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
Should be able to work Independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets
Expert level technical recruitment skills.
Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude.

Work location: Virtual /Remote

Start date: Immediate

Target Business Geography: North America USA.

Compensation: This position is 100% Commission basedposition on successful placements (Base salary + Commissions+ other benefits will pay after successful couple of placements, Until proved your result, we will pay 100% Commission).

Night shift (EST Time zone i.e., 7:00 PM to 4:30 PM IST)
