Position: Operation Support Engineer Level-2 Timings: Shifts (No night Shifts, should be work for 8 hrs)

oSureView (video monitoring software) oGuard Tour Interface (logging remote video tours) oOutlook (sending internal/external communications) o interaction (phone call) required with client from India (monitoring needs to be done from India office using software tool to push cases to L2 team seating in USA) oMust be able to maintain concentration, visual acuity and alertness for long periods of time. oRequires sitting for long periods of time, telephone conversations and use of electronic mail, and Phone call. oJob tasks are performed in close physical proximity to other people. oMay assist with other company projects as directed by company leadership team. Education/Experience:
oGraduation(BA/BSC/BE/BCA/Diploma) with good communication skills and ability to learn software tools (able to work on computers for long hours) oFreshers/0-2 years experience in US call center industry/support job or any candidates who are willingness to work as Operation support engineer oJob tasks are performed in close physical proximity to other people. Note: US Customer Service experience is added advantage. ( who can speak, convey message in phone call with US client)
