The Job
You will be responsible for :
Sourcing and screening profiles on Job Portals
Generating leads through existing candidates and other social networks
Processing specific head hunting
Conducting telephonic interviews and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking and offer management.
Acting as the primary point of contact for graduate level candidates, educational institutions and the business.
Managing recruitment assignments from sourcing talent through to successful placements.
Assisting in salary negotiations and offer management.
Achieving revenue and activity targets.
Providing candidates and clients with advice on market trends.
Maintaining day to day MIS
The Profile
You have at least 6 months of experience including solid experience in a Recruitment role.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
You are a strong team player
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
