Job Description
Deputy Manager - Stores Machinery Spares Business Unit/Division AD Reports To Head
Maintenance Place of Posting Chakan Purpose/ Objective To supply spares for machinery to maintain uptime for production Delieverables/ KRAs of the role holder Maintain Inward and Outward Records of Spares, Consumables etc.
- Maintain Inventory of Stock & Tally on monthly Basis
- Capable of developing external providers & Independent Charge
- Maintain min/max spares requirement
- Ordering for spares as per requirement
- Stringent inventory control and spare part management
- Cost reduction in Tool management Responsibilities/ Major Tasks/ Major Activities of the role holder Review previous days performance and set Daily management targets.
- Plan and execute Capital & Revenue budget and cost control
- Allocate tasks and resolve teams' concern through daily work management.
- Plan & execute preventive maintenance plan.
- Maintenance and calibration of Spare Machines and Equipment
- Energy conservation
- Tools & equipment Management
- Standardisation of Spares and Spare parts management.
- Explore and evaluate emerging technologies in Machinary life enhancement. Job Requirements Experience 4-7 years Industry Preferred Automobile Qualification B.E Mechanical Behavioural Competencies Competencies Result orientation with execution excellence

- Knowledge of Analytical tools and problem solving techniques.
- Working knowledge of maintaining Tools like Allen Keys, Dowel Pullers, Drills, Reamers, Hand Grinders and Welding & Drilling machines.
- Proficient in working with MS-Office suite of programs. Personality Traits Traits Ability to Plan in advance
- Ability to identify bottlenecks
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
