Job Description
- The responsibilities of the Program Manager Ad Success would be as follows,
- Own end-to-end key business metrics like ad revenue and active advertisers.
- Identify and drive automation and process improvement opportunities across AST s advertising business including but not limited to advertiser on-boarding, workflows, reporting etc.
- Work closely with the Product teams to ensure good advertiser experience with all Amazon Ad products
- Lead initiatives which require significant cross team collaboration between AST and other teams.
- Interact periodically with advertisers and drive product enhancements based on advertiser feedback.
- Periodically monitor and review performance and take actions to correct any deviations.
- Drive creation of actionable business reports working with BIE s in the team.
- Derive insights from data and put them into action by analysis and writing strong documents
- Provide Strategic vision for AST by identifying and prioritizing where and how we adapt and invest
- Drive tactical execution of key initiatives building and managing the road map to achieve the AST and Onboarding goal and vision
- Provide the right metrics to measure process quality and productivity, providing meaningful feedback to the technology and business teams
- Guide operations business teams in their ability to develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly action plan that increase team s efficiency and customer experience
- Establish a partnership with senior business leaders to develop and lead the continuous improvement strategy across multiple global sites
- Strong process orientation; ability to find efficient solutions to problems and automate tasks.
- Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
- Ability to deep-dive into a problem; very strong analytical skills required.
- High bias for action required.
- Ability to thrive and perform in an ambiguous setting; sound judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, influencing others and keeping people and projects moving on schedule.
- 5+ years experience in project management and facilitation of process improvement initiatives across business operations and technology
- Experience implementing GEMBA and planning and facilitating Kaizen
- Must be willing to travel as necessary, up to 20%
- Experience communicating goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization
- Lean/Six Sigma Black belt certification.
- Bachelor's degree: Technical (Math, Engineering, Computer Science) focus preferred
- Master s degree from Tier 1 B-school.
- 5+ years of post-MBA experience (preferred)
- - Bachelor s Degree required. Technical (Math, Engineering, Computer Science) focus preferred
- Experience communicating goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing programs / categories / business verticals.
