Hiring for -R2R & FP&A Process Manager with Valid B1 Visa - Kolkata

Need to Have-

• Qualified CA or CPA
• Hybrid experience of RTR and FP&A
• 12 plus years of experience preferred in Shared services environment, partial BPO is fine but not pure BPO
• 6 plus years team management experience with team size of 20 plus with direct appraisal responsible.
• Minimum 2-3 onsite transition experience preferred for US region
• Excellent in communication
• valid US Visa for next 2 years minimum
• Basic knowledge of US Gaap and Ifrs standards

Good to have-

• Knowledge of latest RTR and FP&A tools and technologies In the market.
• Green Belt Six sigma certified
• Experience in Process Transformation and re-engineering
• knowledge of recent US Gaap and Ifrs standards and impact on industry
• Knowledge and experience of RPA solutions in RTR space
