Desired Candidate Profile

To Gather, analyze and summaries the information relating to his market and to assess his product performance and also properly assess his competitors, trends and activities. To understand the pulse of the specified market and customers in order to identify the growth drivers.
To enhance the Distributors network across region.
To drive the Ice Cream Sales through Distributors channel.
To coordinate with TDCs(Tirumala Distribution Centre) sales team and to push the I cream sales
To motivate team and ensure team work and to achieve the specified targets.
Ability to plan, implement and manage initiatives in order to follow and implement the sales plan.
To promote cash & Carry Business
Ability to build a logical approach

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
