Job Description

MBA - HR with Minimum 8 to 10 Years of Experience in HR Generalist Profile. Must have Experience in Pharma / Chemical Industry. Responsible for managing a workforce of about 150-200 people. Responsible for Handling HR Admin Department Independently.

Required Candidate profile

To manage the day to day operation of the employee relations
function including employee leaves and employee attendance. To enforce when necessary the importance to employees of
complying with the HR policies, processes and procedures.
