12+ years of experience in Behavioural and Soft skill Training and leadership development programmes in a corporate environment. Extensive experience in training needs identification/analysis and designing training events in a corporate environment

Required Candidate profile

Proficient in instructional design theories and adult learning principles ,Familiarity with talent management and succession planning ,Ability to derive ROI for learning interventions
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication.
