Technical Team Lead - Core Java/spring/jms @ DataGroup Geospatial

Desired Candidate Profile

Responsibilities :

- Take ownership for the team's development deliverables from design phase to release into live environment, closely collaborating with other teams in IG

- Work with the architect and senior technical leads in realising the architectural vision for client on-boarding

- Support the team in designing and developing both middleware micro-services and front-end application forms to further the client on-boarding processes & systems

- Ensure the design quality of technical deliverables remain high, in terms of maintainability and extensibility, robustness and scalability

- Communicate clear instructions to team members related to standards, enforcing good development processes within the team

- Lead an effective Scrum team, understand and drive forward our established Agile development and QA processes, including automated testing and continuous integration

- Gain a deep knowledge of the client on-boarding systems and associated business processes

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
