We are hiring for Customer support profile / semi voice / international voice / voice process / Semi technical process .

Openings available:

Process Name:HR Operations(International Voice)

Aligning personal day-to-day activities with business goals.

Handling DIS employees Full and Final Settlement Process.

Handling BPS and BLR Mail Box and providing the solution for the

resigned employees on their Final settlement related Queries.

Preparing reports with a view to monitor the performance &

eiciency of team members, ensuring compliance with pre-set quality

parameters so that the business can achieve the key metrics

Dealing with and resolving problems and issues which arise.

Providing knowledge share to the team, reduce turnaround time and also achieve team as well as individual goals.

Notice period buyout Claim Reimbursement process

Handing Income Tax Queries of Active employees, giving solution

Shift Timings:US Shift
Work Location: Bangalore
Salary Package: 4.2LPA
Rounds of Interviews: HR round / Voice & Accent / Manager Round
Graduate Qualifications: Any Graduates
Post-Graduate Qualifications: Any Post-Graduates
