creation of and maintenance of project documentation and project plan, to team standards, and within current in-house Agile methodology. Management of the assigned business analyst, development and testing teams throughout the project
Liaise with business teams and Product Owners to define & document project artefacts and draft
Engage with internal or external stakeholder or 3rd party vendors to determine feasibility of project to be undertaken and provide draft scope documents plans and high level estimates
Liaise with internal finance teams to set up and manage cross-business unit charging and 3rd party vendor charging
Define project resource requirements and update Ref Data team resource plans accordingly
Create and maintain full project plan for every project, Create the backlog for the project
Liaise with the development team and Product owner to define the minimum viable product
Run the prioritization calls and define the scope of the Scrums, Execute the scrums as Agile lead
Produce high level and detailed project estimates
Actively track the project Risk and issues and to report to senior management
Work with the Product Owner and Team to coordinate and run agile events (Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives)

Project manage all projects including reporting to senior stakeholders, milestone tracking, RAG status reporting and continued project reporting
Liaise with business change, operations and IT users at all levels, both within Barclays Group, and with external suppliers
Liaise with business operations teams to gather business requirements
Liaise with business teams to define & document process & data maps
Organise and lead workshops and meetings to assist requirements gathering process
Define business requirements and document in appropriate business requirements specification documents
Carry out data mapping activities
Define and detail data gaps, data requirements and data distribution methods
Convert business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements and create appropriate documentation using JIRA Agile Boards
Organise and lead review meetings to enable requirements and functional documents to be approved and signed off by the appropriate business operations and IT users and stakeholders
Identify changes to the requirements and get approval for Change Requests
Assist the test team and business users to carry out test planning, preparation and execution activities
Manage multiple, personal work streams in parallel and report progress to Programme Manager and Portfolio Lead
Ensure all work meets prescribed standards in design and quality
Document all work and communications to a high professional standard
Contribute to the overall long-term strategy of the Reference Data CAMDM team and its architecture and infrastructure
Knowledge of Lean Methodologies/ good experience as scrum master
Must have good knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) modelling and data (reference data client and/or book data)
Technical background - able to manage releases, understand SQL or strong excel skills, data modelling, data governance design skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good negotiation skills
