Experience in Application / Production support. Good Technical Expertise. Knowhow of AEPS,NEFT,IMPS ,MATM,CNP Transactions. Good Exposure to SQL environment. The support engineer should atleast have 2-4 years of solid experience for Junior support post and 5+ years for Senior Support positions. A support engineer should be able to communicate well with the clients.

Identify root causes of technical issues in production and out of box failures. Design and develop solutions to fix identified problems. Incident Management. Provide L1 and L2 support. Ongoing review of existing functionalities to ensure end to end process are functioning adequately. Assign with installation patches, change and problem management where ever required. Facilitate implementations into production environment. System Health Checks. Configuration management Services Implement appropriate procedures in line with the requirements and processes. Provide necessary inputs to the Support lead/manager for preparation of Daily, Weekly and monthly status report. Performing daily batch jobs, maintenance activity and monitoring. Technical assistance for couch base. Provide necessary knowledge transfer sessions to the Team.
