Job Description
- Providing door to door account maintenance services to customers such as: change in address, name, mobile number, date of the birth; activating a dormant or inactive account; minor turning to major accounts conversion; nomination addition or modification; photo updation
- Responsible for CASA, PMJDY, Salary, WASA account opening activities on the move
- Responsible for acquiring customers for both in-house and third party products such as mutual funds, current a/c savings a/c, Joint liability (JLG) loans, mutual funds, insurance etc.
- Building a customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross sell/up sell FINO products as well as third party products
- Responsible for appointment of merchants as per the targets assigned
- Assisting customers for cash deposits and cash withdrawals
- Completing funds transfer requests such as transfers through RTGS, NEFT, IMPS or A2A; passbook issuance, DBTL seeding, Aadhaar seeding, E-statement and mobile alert registration
- Prospecting, including identification of prospective customers, organization and manning enquiry generation activities
- Acquiring customers so as to meet daily/monthly/quarterly targets
- Evaluating customers' needs and building proactive relationships
- Ensuring visibility of FINO products in the market
- Collecting relevant documents and following the KYC processes defined
- Capturing customer/market feedback and feeding it forward to the branch manager to improve products offering in the market
- Recording all transactions correctly and in compliance with the bank guidelines.
- Maintaining customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Operating within the approved cost of acquisition and maintaining it at the required level
- Ensuring timely execution of FOS plans
