- Mandatory should have worked on Springs,Hibernate,REST controls.

- Hands on coding experience of Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, Concurrency, Transaction, Data Structures, Schemas, JMX, JUnit, Eclipse, Oracle, SQL (DML), XML

- Good communication skills

- Knowledge on Webservices

- Very good in Design skills and Design patterns. Should have worked on preparing LLD and HLD

- Performance and system tuning experience of Applications

- Strong problem-solving / analytical skills and a sense of personal responsibility

- Good knowledge of Spring IOC, Spring MVC & Struts

- Very good in Reviewing the code developed by Team

Education:
