Scrum Master - Hyderabad / Secunderabad @ Prokarma Softech

Must have 10 years of experience in people, process & technology focused roles

Must have experience in supply chain domain & willing to play domain expert role for the team

Must have prior experience as BA in supply chain domain or technical lead working in supply chain domain

Expert knowledge in Agile Process - Scrum , Lean , Kanban & SAFe

Preferred to have knowledge on technologies like Microservices / Angular / Node

Capable of defining engineering practices that promote Build Quality In mindset (Zero Defect culture)

Capable of driving incremental improvements leading to increased customer satisfaction

Must have good personality accepted by the team and owns responsibility for attrition at team level

Strong background culture of delivering projects with first time right / Zero defects in Production

Very good analytical , problem solving ability , verbal and written communication skills

B.E / B. Tech / MCA / Masters in computer science or any other equivalent experience is preferred.
